HIGHTEK, LLC (hereinafter referred to as HIGHTEK) manufacturer of HIGHTEK outdoor products, warrants to the original purchaser that each unit is free from manufacturing defects. This warranty applies to the lifetime of the product(s) under normal residential use and service, subject to the limitations listed as long as the original purchaser retains ownership of the HIGHTEK products. If HIGHTEK products are used at or as part of a commercial business, refer to the commercial applications section of this warranty.
This warranty covers only manufacturing and material defects as specified herein and does not include damages caused by improper use; normal weathering; accident, fire, flood, acts of nature, vandalism, riot, or civil disorder; acts of terrorism or war; misuse; abuse by harmful fumes, vapors, solvents, chemicals, or chemical pollutants in the atmosphere; mildew; stresses resulting from localized heat that causes excessive temperature differentials; or incidents beyond HIGHTEK’S control.
HIGHTEK warrants to original purchaser that the HDPE poly material will not crack, or splinter with regular use for the lifetime of the product. Color fading is not covered under warranty, but all HIGHTEK HDPE material contains an UV additive to help resist fading. With direct exposure to the sun, colors will fade over time. All warranty claims must be made through original HIGHTEK dealer and require photographic proof of manufacturing defect.
HIGHTEK warrants to original purchaser that screws, hinges and motion mechanisms used on HIGHTEK outdoor furniture is guaranteed for the lifetime of the product. All warranty claims must be made through original HIGHTEK dealer and require photographic proof of manufacturing defect.
This HIGHTEK warranty is non-transferable, and is only valid to original purchaser.
If an inspection indicates that the claim is valid in accordance with the provisions of this warranty, HIGHTEK agrees, at its option, to repair or replace any defective part or component as warranted herein, free of charge to the warranty holder, when said defective part or component is returned to HIGHTEK. The warranty holder shall pay return transportation charges.
Labor costs are not included in this warranty. Neither HIGHTEK nor its dealers will be responsible for any costs incurred in the removal, replacement, installation, or reinstallation of any product or part furnished by HIGHTEK under this warranty.
If HIGHTEK products are used as part of a commercial enterprise or application, warranty coverage on HDPE material and hardware is limited to five (5) years.
HIGHTEK reserves the right to change or discontinue any product it manufactures. If a warranted replacement part or component of the product originally manufactured is not available, HIGHTEK shall have the right to substitute a part or component determined by HIGHTEK to be of equal quality and price.
The warranty statements contained in this certificate set forth the only express warranties extended by HIGHTEK and the provisions herein shall constitute the warranty holder’s exclusive remedy. This limited warranty gives specific legal rights. There may be other rights which may vary from state to state.
